Ryan is an influential expert, consultant, writer, and international speaker on the subjects of coworking, digital nomadism, content marketing. He aspires to add “local ecosystem development” to that list as well.

Ryan launched one of Utah’s first coworking spaces, Impact Hub Salt Lake, with several colleagues, in 2013. In 2015, Ryan took his coworking skillset to California, where he led the education and events program at PARISOMA, the oldest existing coworking space in San Francisco. With all that on-site coworking experience under his belt, Ryan decided to invest more time on the industry level at an international scale. So later in 2015, Ryan founded Coworking Insights, an industry-leading media site dedicated to helping new and existing coworking operators grow their businesses. Ryan sold Coworking Insights to Coworker.com in 2017 for an undisclosed amount.

Ryan’s writings on coworking have advanced the collective thinking about the challenges and opportunities faced in the coworking industry, and his writing has been regularly praised by highly-influential, industry thought leaders and businesses the world over.

Ryan is a regular speaker at coworking industry events, including CU Asia and the Coworking Spain Conference. He has been the organizer of the Coworking Summit at Techfestival in Copenhagen since 2017. Ryan has also worked with SwissEP‘s Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program since August 2018, where he’s worked with new and existing coworking spaces in Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, as well as advised businesses and students on effective content marketing strategies.

Today, Ryan is hard at work building a quickly-growing boutique content marketing agency with clients in the US and Europe. He is an expert in creating valuable content to attract customers, and in building successful coworking spaces.

Ryan is a digital nomad, with a base in Bansko, Bulgaria, and he loves wine and tacos.
